MAS not accepting DTMF?

Hi,

I currently have an issue where when one of our two MAS's (MAS2) is accessed when retrieving messages; it answers normally as it should (it states my name, then asks for my password). When I enter my password it appears that it does not even recognize that I am entering any digits at all. A few seconds pass then it states "Please make an entry soon or be disconnected". When I hit upon MAS1 it works fine. Any ideas?

DTMF is detected on 1 server but not another? If that is the case that is very odd.

Did this just occur or has this been happening since the installation?

I would make sure that the Dialogic and MM settings are set the same on each server.

Hello, we're all set now. Although the Trunk and Signal Groups looked good and In-Service I decided to try resetting the DS1 board anyway. It's now working. Thank you for your time and sorry to inconvenience you.

Wow I hope that doesn't happen too often or you will need your PBX to be looked at.
