MAS 90 - Check Printing Problem in A/P

We are running MAS 90 version 3.7 and when the system was running Win95 the checks would print fine. Now I have upgraded all of the systems to windows 2000 and had to install a new Adobe Type manager for the MICR font. This inadvertantly caused some of the fields in crystal reports to shrink or the font to grow and bits and pieces of all of the numbers and sentences are cut off when printing checks. This includes the MICR area for the check. I can go in manually and increase the size of the fields to make it look better but I support 60+ companies and each use different banks which relates to thousands of forms to redo. Is there an easy fix for this problem?
