MAS 3.0 user portal access issue.

MAS 3.0 AWC user portal access reported.
Able to connect to domain name conference.customername.com select AWC portal but not able to login, it eventually gives internal server error.
Another tech just tried stop and start of AWC.
While investigating I also found no access to users and services tab.
Short of a system shutdown and restart has anyone experienced this and offer another solution.
 
When accessing the server ( users and services) what browser are you using.
If its IE , Try Firefox or chrome ( or IE7 ).

I have had issues where when using IE some pages don't display properly.

AS for the access to the portal.
- are you trying to access it internally or externally ?
if internally , what is the name resolving to ?
Is the client in a network that is allowed in Local Networks
Any Antivirus or Web proxy involved , we have had issues recently with Cloud based antivirus software that sends web requests offsite for examination and then sends the data back ?

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
 
The laptop I am using to access has no problem access another sites MAS users and services.
Opened up product support ticket.
Recommended shutdown and restart which is scheduled for maintenace window tomorrow.
Note the UCM tab was also not accessible (licensed but not used).
 
Update,
The reboot did resolve the issues.
System since upgraded to 4.0 as part of MCD upgrade
