MAS 200 restore 1

Accounting came to me today and asked me to restore the data from last Friday's tapes. I asked if anyone knew which files needed to be restored and no one did. I rebooted the server and it seemed to take care of the problem.

Are there certain data files that I can look for in case they really need a restore?

MAS has two types of folders, data and program. Data folders are AAXXX where XXX is the company code, and AA is the module code such as GL, AR, AP. Plain AR is the program folder.
