MAS 200 Freeze when switch company

Please help:

I have experiencing random Mas200 v3.71 hang while switching between companies on different workstations.
I have to kill the task, reboot workstation then change company.
MAS200 installed on Windows Server 2003 environment.
WindowsXP Pro SP2 on all Workstations.
