We just setup a new company in MAS200. I am having troubles getting the Chart of Accounts to work correctly. The Chart of accounts is showing the Short Desciption and not showing the full description when printed or previewed. So it is cutting off the description after about 15 characters instead of using the full line. I have checked the report in Crystal and it is shwoing more then ample room for a lot more characters. Please help me.

Mas 200 - Chart of accounts Short Descriptions

The GL reports are based on virtual works tables. These are tables that are created when the report is run. By design the program only pulls in the short description. You would need to edit the report by adding in the table with the long description and then using that field instead of the one in the works table.
