MAS 1.2.213.0 Can't Install TTS and Language Prompts

To make a long story short I had to reinstall a MAS server from scratch. Everything installed fine except for my TTS and the language prompts.
When I try to install these two it just says failed. The progress bars are all at 100%, but it says failed in red writing underneath. Any idea?
