MARS Application Report

I know this might not be the right place to post this questions but I could not find any place for MARS. I am very new to MARS and have found it a little difficult to setup a report to monitor accounts locked out and a daily report telling me when specified accounts login. I am needing to get these reports for PCI Compliance so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
