Marry a job to an IP address

At netstat option 3, you are looking at a particular telnet connection. From the IP adress and port, how can we tell what device and job this connection is supporting? Conversly, if we are looking at a job that we know is connected via tcp/ip, how can we discover the ip address and port that are supporting this job? Can all this information be dicovered in a CL program, ie and exit program for sign on?
