Marking DNs

Hello Guys,
I was wondering if there is a way to mark or out a DN that you do not want to appear when doing LUDN? Basically we have some breaks in our DID range and those numbers are used by our offsite locations via Norstars. SO in our system (61C), they appear as if they are unused. There must be some way to mark them or out them from appearing and someone making a mistake.

Could create phantoms on a phantom loop, wouldn't hurt anything to just have them there.

Or you could make a Digital phone with 4 mod on it on a data port and add the DN's there. Otherwise you can out the DN's.
