MARK BAD PORTS IN PBX 3

It has been awhile. I must be getting better. YO.
I need to know the command to mark bad ports in the PBX so they dont keep appearing in the LUVU. Does anyone know?

There should be someway to reserve them or mark them where you dont have to keep dealing with them until you want to.
