Mark All Read/Unread

Periodically, a user will mark a specific email as unread after reading, in order to revisit the email at a later date. On the dropdown menu, "Mark Selected Unread" and "Mark All Unread" are very close together and the user inadvertently selectly "Mark All Unread" by accident. Is there any way to reverse this?

Or alternatively, is there any way to delete "Mark All Unread" and "Mark All Read" from the dropdown menu?

The only way to reverse it is to mark them all read. Or select the documents you want to mark read and then do mark selected. You can remove these options by going into the design of the mailbox.

One of the ways I solved this was to go to File - Preferences - Smart Icon Settings and add the Edit Mark Selected Read and Edit Mark Selected Unread Icons to the users icon bar. This makes it much easier for the user to perform this function and eliminates the possibility of choosing the wrong option.
