margin problems with pdfwriter

i am converting a word doc to pdf with pdfwriter, the margins are set to 0 in word, and the settings in pdfwriter are set to 0 also, but when the pdf is created it has margins and is cutting off some of my graphics and text.
any insight to why this occuring would be greatly appreciated.

Your printer driver is doing that. Use Distiller instead of PDFWriter.
