I am trying to learn how to use the actions. I am familiar what I am doing on tables, queries, reports, forms (some of it). I wanna learn more about marco. Sometimes it makes me confusing. Please advise. Thanks.

Click on Help, then click Microsoft Access Help<br>type in Macro and hit enter. This will explain alot.

Macros are rather easy when you create a switchboard first I would suggest the step by step book with CD Microsoft Access 2000.&nbsp;&nbsp;This book has a CD and has step by step instructions and is easy to read.&nbsp;&nbsp;Good luck!
