March-Hare CVS - SCCI with VS 2005

I'd like to know the recommended method for using CVS Suite with Visual Studio 2005 web projects.

The issue is that there is a solution folder, and 1..* projects folders that can exist in a given solution.

ie:

C:\My Documents\VS2005 Projects\Project1 (contains the solution files)

Contain website files
C:\Inetpub\

http://wwwroot\Site1

C:\Inetpub\

http://wwwroot\Site2

C:\Inetpub\

http://wwwroot\Site3

Has anyone had issues with this and March-Hare's SCCI plug-in for VS 2005?

A solution may be to have two CVS modules - one for the solution, and additional ones for the projects???
