Maps? Does anyone know of a mapping snap-in for Visual Basic?

I am a technician and am interested in writing a script/application which will take a list of 15 - 20 street addresses and plug them into a mapping program like Microsoft's Streets, or Rand-Mcnally, or MapQuest--something which I can use to route my trips for the day. Does anyone know of any sort of snap-in/add-in in VB that I can use to do this? Since Microsoft has already written mapping software, I am hoping that they also have developed a way to export multiple addresses to it.

Any help would be appreciated.
