I am helping out modifying some old login scripts. The scripts are from different locations. Some are Novel Netware scripts and some are NT. My confusion is with the mapping of the Network drives on the Novel networks. I am confused about, for example, #net use I: \\fileserver\users\userme on the novel networks and I am not sure how the maproot j:=.fileserver/users/userme functions.

Would someone please give me a hint as to the difference in the comands and how they relate to NT mapping?

Thanks in advance for help given!

If not totally obvious, I have absolutely NO Novel Netware experience.
