Mapping inbound 997 in Gentran 3.1.1

I am trying to map inbound 997 to generate email in Gentran 3.1.1.

I just mapped AK101 and AK102 to fields in one record and AK901,AK902, AK903 and AK904 to fields in another record. But when I test it with data, it gives an error and not generating any application file.

The error logged in Audit log is :
Translator: Group not found for partner: <SendorID>, direction: Out, control: <data in AK101>

Eg: Translator: Group not found for partner: CUSTOMS, direction: Out, control: SO

Please help to solve this problem.
