Hi guys,

A user using XP SP3 desktop cannot connect to a mapped networked drive. It has worked fine for years but has stopped connecting all of a sudden. All the other users can connect fine to the same share from their desktops.

i have rebooted it and tried mapping it again with no luck. The drive was showing as disonnected with no 'red x'.

Any ideas on whats gone wrong for this user?

Thanks

Solved, It was a zone alarm issue. Thanks
