Mapped Drive w/ Red X

I've noticed that if I let my PC become idle for too long, I get a red X on my mapped network drive (to an NT 4.0 PDC) yet, everything is still available and works fine.<br><br>Is this normal with Win2K-Pro?

I think it is normal...I am running it at work with 10 or so mapped drives and until I access them they will show up with a Red X. There must be some timing interval involved and until they are accessed or have gone without access they will show as disconnected.
