Mapi32.dll problem OUTLOOK

Hi, i have a specific user working in Citrix environment that has this problem. When she tries to open OUTLOOK , it says that the file Mapi32.dll seems to be corrupted and you need to re-install office and outlook wont work. I know it is a security issue because outlook works fine when I give her admin rights !!
I verified that she has access to mapi32.dll and she does. She also have access to Office's folder. Everything is the same as other users. Im thinking about registry issues but i cant find what it could be.

I did a lot of search over the internet, and the only solution I found is to delete or rename the mapi32.dll and copy it from the Office CD. I just dont want to do that because i know the file mapi32.dll is ok because it works great for other user, and works great for her when she has admin rights.

Do you guys have any idea ?
