Hello,
Since trying to install Service Pack 1 for BES v 3.6.0.0, the server service has stopped responding and fails to start with error 5305. I have checked the knowledge base, but nothing I do helps. Can anyone advise? Incidenattly, I was told by Blackberry that service packs on their siftware will only work if you have Exchange 2000 sp3 - this was not in any documentation I had been given!
