I GET A "FAIL MAPI LOGON3" WHEN THE VOICEMAIL PRO TRIES TO SEND VM TO EMAIL ,THE OUTLOOK ACCOUNT ON THE VMPRO WORKS OK ON ITS OWN BUT HAS SUDDENLY STOPPED SENDING EMAILS FROM THE VMP???

Make sure vmpro has been installed as service.
Make sure these services are using the network account , it is also a good idea to make this account part of the admin account.
Also use this account in the mapi settings in the general tab of the vmpro.
I'm having the same probs! I want to test email reading so have to move to mapi - so I wanted to check email sending first. Sending emails via the voicemail account is fine. In the mapi tab of VM Pro, do you just put the username and password of the voicemail account in?
sorry - sorted it out. I have centralised VM Pro working in a SCN and I was trying to send an VM email from a user on the branch site. Tried it on a local user and it works fine! Surely the branch user should work......?? Voice Recording on the branch site isn't working either. V odd
