MAPI Gateway server failed on port 143

I'm reinstalling MAPI Gateway Server for my Exchange 2010. I followed the instructions on Release Notes, but still not able to verify connection from NuPoint to MAPI server.

Does anyone have this problem?

I have NuPoint 4.1, MAPI Gateway v6.0, 3300 MXe, Exchange 2010 with new SuperUser NPUMAdmin.

Not sure what I'm missing but I can't telnet localhost with port 143 or from NuPoint to MAPI
