MAPI and crystal reports print engine

Hi All,

We are running a program that calls the "crystal reports print engine". Within that we want to be able to use the export function that allows us to send the exported document via e-mail using mapi but we are having problems with this where sometimes it works and most times it fails.

Any ideas?
