Can someone point me in the right direction as to gaining some insight on exactly what the MAP40 does as related to Conversant IVR? Thanks in advance for the help.

It's an automated attendant that will provide your callers with a list of options for call routing. Some MAP40's are attached to external database systems to provide a customer with personal account information.
