VisionFS does (did), but Samba wasn't compiled with the correct filesystem type (smbfs?) to map Windows shares. There is an smbclient command which can access the shares and allow file transfers, but I don't think you can map the drive and treat it as a local resource. It's more like an FTP/RCP connection.

no, smbfs is not available on sco (linux only i think, maybe bsd). you can use smbclient just like an ftp client. I think anni was pointing towards mounting a piece of the sco system on the windows box and have the windows box control the transfer.
One way to do it is to install Microsoft Services for UNIX on your 2003 machine. This will allow you to map the drives and also provide a large amount of UNIX utilities accessible from 2003.
