Map Partition with Debian

How can I map a partition in Debian.
I haven't done it by the installing of the system.
There is a file that have informatioan wich PArtitions have to be mapped with start of the system.
But how can a add another partition(FAT32) to the system.

Help...........
 
Check 'man fstab'. It refers to file '/etc/fstab', which is the 'map' you seek.
