given (2) sites and FR cloud and asked to connect them, given s0/0 on both sites and respective IP's without DLCI's what would be the solution (default encapsulation)?

If your using cisco routers default encapsulation is "cisco".

Thank you,
Okay, screwed up the question, yes, using default encapsulation, given s0/0 and no DLCI's, how would one map site A s0/0 to site B s0/0? Is this possible? Inverse ARP take care of it? The DI from PI

I am not sure, I have never done it without a dlci. Is this a point to point frame-relay connection? Why is there no dlci?Enabling inverse arp might work. Someone else here might know?

yes point-to-point, it was a lab setup I encountered. No mention of subinterfaces, but did say to set it up as a point-to-point. The DI from PI

If this is a lab your trying to set up you need 3 routers with the one in the middle set up as a frame switch. And then you can assign any dlci you want. You would set up a config something like this.

int s0
encapsulation frame-relay cisco

int s0.1 point-to-point
ip address x.x.x.x mask x.x.x.x
frame-relay interface-dlci xxx
