Many User use Call Waiting in Extension when second call come then disconnect line

Trust you are doing good,

Dear, I need your support regarding one of my customer CS1KE R7.6 working 900 users max users use Call Waiting.

Problem face users when user in call and ringing second call (waiting call ) then existing call drop and second caller same time drop that problem face max users .

Kindly your advice /solution required kindly

"I am in a trouble and need your help.
issue is when our analog user is on conversion with any other call things are fine but when he receives another call during his conversation, call waiting activates and he receives a beep sound at 6th second.
BUT the other party to which he is already in conversation start receiving a silent packet after 4/5 seconds. very frequently the conversation starts dropping.

please help"

Have you tried adding AHA to the cls?
