We have one primary site reotley hosted on an NT 4.0 IIS box. We also have 13 other closely named domains that we want pointed to the default page of the primary site. How do I set this up on the our server? I'd like to use one IP address and port 80 if possible. Thanks.

Set up a DNS name entry to point to the Server IP address for each of the Domain names. Talk to your ISP, they will do it for you, unless of course you run your own DNS Servers.

I told web server company's tech support what the domains are and they created zone file records for my domains (I don't have direct access with the ISP.) I assume the web server company did whatever is necessary, but they say the ball is in my court now for whatever else needs to be done.

If they said the DNS name entry is setup then you should be done. DNS resolves into an IP address at the end of the food chain. Since you don't run your own DNS servers, the food chain should end with the ISP. Someone in your company must have contact with your ISP, I guarantee someone pays the bill at least.
