many phones ring with one number (cov. ans. group)

I have a boss who needs 4 phones to ring at the same time. Three 6416d+ and also one 4310 Wireless. I have tried adding an answer group for him but only the phone that is called actually rings.

Also, I cant get an answer group to work for both analog and digital phones being in the same group...6416d+ and also a 6221.
