I have around 150 items that I want to add to a drop-down list in Dreamweaver.

Currently they reside in an excel spreadsheet, is there a quick way to get this into Dreamweaver?

Thanks,

Try looking on Macromedia's Dreamweaver Exchange for a code snippet or application. But the way I used to do it on statis pages was copy/paste into DW and then copy/paste the <option>...</option> tags on all options.

If you use server-side scripts (like coldfusion, asp, php, ect) then you can read the data from the excel sheet (or a tab delimitted file) and output them into the <select>

insert a column in your spreadsheet and paste <select> into each line and </option> in the column after. then copy all of that into notepad and then paste that into the codeview in DW
