Can I have the reports automatically emailed to someone at night?

Can they be written to a file in simple text format?

How easy is it for them to to be web enabled for example place the reports on an Intranet and have the users select parameters.?

How good is Crystal compared to other reporting apps?

a. Only if you Seagate Info, which is free, but involves a serious amount of setup and configuration. It also is limited to V7 (not V8)

How easy is it for them to to be web enabled for example place the reports on an Intranet and have the users select parameters.?

Parameters are easy, web configuration mostly involves knowing how to configure a web server and write basic HTML. The Crystal Part isn't that bad.

How good is Crystal compared to other reporting apps? One of the best, judging from the market share. I switched from another tool 4 years ago (R&R Report Writer) so loyalty is not a big deal to me. But since I make my living doing Crystal I am probably not the most objective source.
