Manually updating Windows Update Software

We have a bunch of servers that we have been patching manually but are now going to use WSUS to update them. While testing, the first update that is done is for the Windows Update software to be upgraded because it hasn't connected before. Is there a download available so that I could manually update the software so that the patches are updated right away instead of doing the software first?
