Manually uninstall Arcserve V11

We have a server that had some issues with Arcserve and after many people trying many different things, we are now at a point of no return. The services won't start, some folders (including the Program Files\computerassociates) folder have been deleted but we are unable to reinstall the product because it says it's already installed. Does anyone know how to manually uninstall Arcserve to make a fresh start? Please include the registry keys, etc. Thanks for your help.
