Manually creating users in Your Assistant via DB

I can successfully create users in Your Assistant by adding users to the following tables:
YA Accounts
Phones
Contacts
CONTACT_PARENTS
UserFeatures (Features DB)
Messenger.

I am able to dial using Your Assistant, but the presence facility doesn’t work. This relates to the wiredRedID Field in YA Accounts and Messenger tables.

Where does this field get populated or any guidance how I can populate this field?

You cannot work directly with the SQL databases - this configuration is NOT supported.

The best way to manage users in a corporate environment is Active Directory or LDAP. You won't know what the impact your manual entries will have on the system.
