Is it possible for an agent to change the next attempt date manually.
So for example they are on a call and arrange to call back in 2 weeks time - can they set that?
I know that you can set this parameter when you do the import, but cannot find a suitable tag/variable to poulate this into the UI and have it changed and saved!
Any help appreciated!
