Manually change Next Call Attempt Date/Time

Hi

Is it possible for an agent to change the next attempt date manually.
So for example they are on a call and arrange to call back in 2 weeks time - can they set that?
I know that you can set this parameter when you do the import, but cannot find a suitable tag/variable to poulate this into the UI and have it changed and saved!

Any help appreciated!

Don't think many CCs have that feature unless they are purely built for outbound.

Everything is possible if you custom build it but not out of the box.
