manual time setting

avaya R-11.0.4 set up with essential - set up 1 user to change time, user rights to level 2, programmed a button as self administer with action as 2. For some reason the programmed extn says set time, I input correct time and date but no change returns to set time. have I missed a step or is it broke? thanks

In ip office manager, disable time server.

Thanks I have done that but it will not take the info after i hit set and yes the time server is disabled could there be an issue with the load R-11 11.0.4.1.0 build 11
