Manual time profile

Hi All,

ip500v2 an 7 software

we have our main number coming into a voicemail module, where it does the normal stuff depending on time profiles. Just need to give users a manual buttton on a 5420 phone to override. Whats the best option? ie receptionis can switch system into officehours and night hours when required.

When a group is in night service you can use a button to put the group(s) into out of service, this overrides night service and the call follows the out of service destination, so make that a group with the people in you want to ring.

They will need to hit the button again when they leave or it will stay in out of service state and ignore the time profile

Use check variables.
Make a normal and a forced open.
Then you can route the call the way you like.
