manual forward to information mailbox

Is it possible to forward a set to an information mailbox so callers can just listen to the anouncement and then the system must hung up?
I need to manual control the anouncement of the voicemail - so last person going away forwards the main set to VM DN and the VM answers when getting a call. My issue is that if callers do not terminate the call then the VM mailbox starts recording - that is normal - as it is a user mailbox, resulting to get mailbox getting full with junk voicemails.

Set the mailbox to an alternative mailbox with no messages.
Done straight from the phone
Feature 981 and just follow the prompts to choose alt mailbox, no messages
