Is it possible to forward a set to an information mailbox so callers can just listen to the anouncement and then the system must hung up?
I need to manual control the anouncement of the voicemail - so last person going away forwards the main set to VM DN and the VM answers when getting a call. My issue is that if callers do not terminate the call then the VM mailbox starts recording - that is normal - as it is a user mailbox, resulting to get mailbox getting full with junk voicemails.
