Manual for KX-TDA200??

Am trying to interconnect our Italy PBX (KXTDA200) with our Avaya in main office via VoIP. But I have difficulty finding manuals for Panasonic. Do you guys know where to get this?

The one you can get from their web site is very basic, unlike a Cisco or Avaya.

I found one on the web, although it's for installation.

Still looking for the programming manual. Reading from the forums, I guess Panasonic isn't really sharing this kind of stuff. Bad for them

if you are in the USA you won't get any help if you are not a certified dealer....

never mind, it's KX-TDA0187. Panasonic isn't that difficult to configure after all.

Panasonic has had many complaints from dealers over the years who got hosed from TMI (too much information) on the internet. Just as other companies have done, they have chosen to support those certified dealers, who do work for money (not for free), in order to get more dealers involved in selling their product.

Yeah that's probably true. But this can be a sale-deterrent, since not all people appreciate paying for each config changes. Specially if you've worked with other brands, like Avaya.
