Manual duplex on HP Laserjet

I’m trying to print manual duplex together with 2 pages per sheet (that makes 2 on 1 page, 4 on 1 sheet). I get always page numbers 1+3 on the front and 2+4 on the back of the paper sheet. I have a HP Laserjet 8150, but maybe is a common situation on every Laserjet.

Can anybody help me?
