manual cross tab

Hi all,


I am trying to do a manual cross tab where I will have to show amounts for pre, current, post

Here is the trick I will have to take the prior month post amount or "zero" for pre and show for the whole year(from JAn to DEC and year is going to be the parameter)

for current I will have to check for a Flag = I for each month( from Jan to Dec and show across the page)

For post I need to add pre + current

It should look like this

jan feb mar apr may ...dec year
pre: 0 4 11
current: 4 7 3
post: 4 11 14 .. so on..


I created all formulas and placed them in details( DTLA, DTLB, DTLC ..3 section) then did a sum by a account
and placed in the account group footer( 3 sections) I tried to assing pre as "zero" for jan
but some how I can't get it right can any one help please or suggest a different approach
