I did try that option but when I wanted to add some detail info and group it, it did not work. What I did to work around I had to insert a form frame and addedd 3 labels; Total Amount, Total Orders, Total Lines. And then for each time frame I had to insert a form frame and drag each detail info into it. You ready for each locatio -> this how many total dollar amounts for each period of time. And I have time dimension of over 10 categories. This what my cross tab should look like. It coutinng the total summary grouped by location and Order Status(Sent or not sent to warehouse). I want to automatically add another group (Dollars Lines, Orders)just like below. When I tried to do it from the cross tab query it does not wrok. That;s why I am wondering if I could do it manullay just like in Access or Crytal report? Thak you.
