I am preapring a manual cross tab report, every thing is fine just want to know two things.

1.How can I cater to the need of two dates in the date range as the parameter e.g the fron date is 10/1/2000 and the end date is 10/11/2002

2.How to calculate the YTD column...a help in those formulas will be appreciated

the columns in the reporst should be like

OCT 2001 NOV 2001 DEC 2001 YTD 2001 JAN 2002 FEB 2002 ..

rows

Total.....

The data I have

orderdate Amount Book Name
1/11/2001 $500.00 abcd
21/12/2001 $20.00 njhjg

Thanks

1. Enter the date range values in the record selection formula

ex.
orderdate in {?StartDate} to {?EndDate}

2. The only way I know to calculate YTD is to manually sum the individual formula that you have created for each month into a total value.
