Jun 9, 2017 #3 janni78 IS-IT--Management Aug 25, 2005 5,125 SE I thought I answered this but maybe I just intended to =) I haven't found anyway to do this from the CCUI, you might be able to setup speeddials that dials the call record shortcode to accomplish this.
