Hi,
I know the procedure for disaster recovery of scheduled backup, but I don’t know the procedure for “manual backup” (backup taken using the backup feature of Networker User).

Could you help me?
I know only two values of this backup, Tape Label Name and SSID.

Many Thanks

Hello,

disaster recovery is about the recovery of server information (media database and resources files).

Are you talking about that or are you talking about a recovery from data saved on the client, and client-initiated ?

In this second case, we have to know how you want to restore data : from the client, from the server ? with GUI or with the command line ?

There is no way to initiate a a DR backup from the NetWorker User GUI.

The only way to manually initiate it is run 'savegrp -O groupname'.
