manipulating textboxes and labels

This is a little embarrassing to ask, but how do you move a label around without moving its associated textbox with it?

I tried pressing shift and control, I can't seem to move one without moving the other as well.

Click on the label itself then point to the top left corner of the label until the cursor becomes a pointing finger. This lets you move just the l;abel. Same applies if you want to move the textbox without affecting the label position.

And, don't be embarrassed. New things are always a little intimidating.
