Manipulate Word 2007 Ribbon With VBA

I have an application I built in Word 2000 that has a custom toolbar that loads when the application opens. When I open the application in Word 2007 the toolbar is available in the Add-Ins Tab on the Ribbon. Does anyone know of a way to show the custom toolbar in the Add-Ins tab automatically using VBA when I open the application in Word 2007. I cannot find any way to manipulate the 2007 Ribbon with VBA. Anyone got any ideas?
